*One hot/cold water wash stall, 2 cold water wash stalls
* Heated and air-conditioned lounge with refrigerator and plenty of seating
*Heated tack room with washer.
*Two 80’ x 200’ lighted arenas (indoor and outdoor) – crumb rubber footing custom mixed with bluestone that is groomed and watered regularly
*Jumps, poles, barrels, and other obstacles available for use
* Outside trainers welcome with proof of insurance
*Auto-waterers in paddocks
*Owners reside on premises
